Endpoint: GET /note

Security: x-api-key, a-api-key

## Query parameters:

  - `page` (integer)
    Example: 1

  - `page_size` (integer)
    Example: 50

  - `sort_by` (array)
    Comma separated search fields. See Sorting

    Filter result by one or more fields.
